Love is most definitely in the air in Hollywood!
Actor Evan Ross and singer Ashlee Simpson are starting off the new year with a bang. The couple – who’ve been dating since July 2013 – are engaged!
Evan, who played Ant in the movie ATL and most recently, Dallas Austin in VH1′s TLC movie – broke the news via Twitter on Monday when he tweeted:
The love of my life said YES!!!!!!
One person who was overjoyed with the news is Tracee Ellis Ross. Ev’s big sis instagrammed:

During a red carpet interview last November, Evan spoke on his relationship with the 29-year-old singer, revealing that he can totally “foresee” wedding bells in their future:
Yeah, she’s the one. I’m so in love and we’ve got amazing things going on. And we inspire each other. So it’s cool.
