Food for the day: Fried plantain and rich scrambled eggs

It's dinner time and am still feeling lazy to cook. Don't know why am tired but whatever is it that is causing me to lazy about has failed because I must prepare dinner. So anyone who knows he wants to eat from my dinner should get his/her a*s to the kitchen, hehehehe.

I want to prepare fried plantain and rich scrambled eggs; and please don't give me that look joor, am tired and this is what I can prepare fast, except you are not hungry. Lol. Let's hit the kitchen...

Ingredients
  • 5 ripe plantains 
  • 5 Eggs 
  • 3 raw tomatoes 
  • 3 raw peppers
  • 1 sardine 
  • 1 bulb onion  
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • Salt

Cooking Method
  1. Before you start peeling plantain, put a frying pan on a medium heat and add vegetable oil. Peel plantains and wash. Slice and sprinkle salt on the sliced plantain. Deep fry on the already hot vegetable oil. Remove when both sides turn golden brown and set aside.
  2. Dice pepper, onions, tomatoes and set aside. Break eggs into a bowl and add sardine into it. Mix thoroughly. Add diced onions, pepper and tomatoes into content and stir again. Add seasonings, pinch of salt and set aside. 
  3. Heat another pan on medium heat, sprinkle small amount of oil and allow to heat. Pour in egg content and stir while on fire. Watch and remove when It's cook to your desire.

Note: For those who do not like eating semi fried tomatoes, pepper and onion can fry them abit before pouring their egg content into it.
