Locked up in the
segregated unit for celebrities, Chris Brown has
been placed next to James DeBarge,
who is serving time on drug convictions. The inmate pair has written three
songs thus far, and have even performed them together, with the rest of the
unit adding harmony to the performance. Perhaps we'll get to hear the new music

DeBarge, who was briefly married to Janet Jackson in the
1980s, is currently doing time for drug charges. He was a member of the Motown
sibling singing group DeBarge, which had success with such songs as “Rhythm of
the Night” and “Who’s Holding Donna Now?”
