I really need to apologize to you guys for not doing this very often. It's due to my busy schedule and you know blogging is not an easy task. Now I want to bribe you guys this evening with Goat Pepper Soup. Yea you heard me! Don't worry it won't take too much time. Now get you big belle ready for this delicious Hot Goat Pepper Soup...
Ingredients
- 500g of Assorted Goat meat
- 5 tablespoons of grinded pepper
- 2 tablespoons of ehuru seeds
- 2 tablespoons of grinded crayfish
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 bulb onion (diced)
- 1 tablespoon of grinded garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grinded ginger
- 1 tablespoon of grinded Uda (xylopia aethiopica)
- 2 seasoning cubes
- Sliced scent leaf (3 leaves)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method
- Wash you assorted goat meat and put them in a pot. Add thyme, onion, seasoning cubes and water. Cook for 45 minutes in a medium heat. Add all other ingredients in already boiling content and cover for another 5minutes.
I told you it's so easy to prepare. You can enjoy this delicious hot Goat Pepper Soup with Agidi, rice or loiloi (fufu).
