RAPPER PITBULL SLAPPED WITH $3 MILLION COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT

Rapper PITBULL has been slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit.
In court papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court, Lee Oskar, Keri Oskar and Greg Errico claim the hitmaker's song Timber, which featured Kesha, borrows from their 1978 tune San Francisco Bay - but they have not been compensated.
The trio is seeking $3 million (GBP1.875 million) in damages, according to the New York Daily News.
