RIHANNA PAYS CHRIS BROWN A VISIT IN PRISON

Chris Brown hasn’t exactly had the best year so far, spending the majority of his time behind bars after he breached the conditions of his probation, stemming from his now infamous assault on then girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.

Now Chris Brown’s mother has reportedly been “begging” her son’s famous ex, and the victim of his assault, to visit the troubled singer in prison. RiRi and Chris controversially reconciled for a second brief attempt to rekindle their relationship in 2012 before the things finally came to an end last May.

But according to sources, the Bajan bombshell has been to see Chris several times during his stay in jail to assure him that all was forgiven.

Spilling the details to Closer magazine, an insider revealed: "Chris's mother Joyce begged Rihanna to speak to Chris. He was in a dark place.

"Rihanna visited him a few times and they had emotional chats. She told Chris she forgave him and wanted him to move on."

Since their split two-years ago Chris Brown moved on to another turbulent on/off relationship with model Karrueche Tran while Rihanna had been romantically linked to rapper Drake who famously feuded with Chris with the pair becoming embroiled in a brawl at a New York bar in 2012.

The source added: "Rihanna has vowed to be there for Chris. He'll always be part of her life.”
