Late Amy Winehouse still speaks to her dad

It’s been three years to the day since the tragic passing of singer Amy Winehouse after she died in her London home from accidental alcohol poisoning in 2011. 
But the Back To Black star’s legacy is still very much alive, and in a new interview with The Sun Amy’s loving father Mitch Winehouse has revealed he speaks to his talented daughter from beyond the grave. 
London-based Mitch says he feels Amy’s presence everyday but especially when he’s performing.
 
‘She's standing next to me, every time I go out on that stage. She's there all right, I feel her, sense her,’ Mitch told The Sun.

Before adding: ‘She's in here now saying, “Just get on with it, Dad.” I'm always speaking to her, all day, every day.’
Mitch also believes Amy was initially upset with her untimely death at just 27 but the Valerie singer has come to terms with it and is settling into the afterlife.
Remembering Amy: 'We will be visiting Amy and my mum and then spending day with family and friends. Thank you for all of your messages of love,' Mitch tweeted on WednesdaySupportive fans: 'I don't have words to express my gratitude and love to you all. You never allow us to go through this alone. Thank you. Mitch'
