Miley Cyrus' concert banned in the Dominican Republic

Miley Cyrus has been banned from performing in the Dominican Republic because of her vulgarity.

She was billed to perform on the 13th of -September with ticket ltr ranging from $27-$370 which have been on sale since July. However, the Dominican Republic commission said in a statement that she was banned because she

undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law."

She is known to grab her crotch,spit on fans and masturbate at her concerts
