Idris Elba showed off his impressive torso in an Instagram video

Looking a little sweaty and wearing just a pair of black shorts, workout pants and a gold necklace, the 42-year-old British star posted an Instagram video of his workout regime. #WATCH video below:Along with the caption; 'Training for my next Film. Bastille Day. Grinding,' the star proceeded to perform some push ups using a weight.
