Last night, the Grammy-nominated singer was spotted with his longtime girlfriend Nazanin Mandi, as he hit up the Pre-Grammy Music & Tech party at Atom Factory, held by his manager Troy Carter. Troy is former manager to Lady Gaga (they parted ways late last year), as well as Eve in her prime.
