Policewomen dismissed for collecting bribe

Two policewomen simply identified as corporal Elizabeth and corporal Jennifer has been dismissed from the police force for collecting bribe from one commercial bus driver on Oshodi/Apapa expressway. The video of them receiving bribe went viral on Youtube with over 400 views and generated public outrage on social media lead to their arrest.

It was gathered that they received their dismissal letter at their duty post and they were dismissed over despicable act and corrupt practises contrary to paragraph E(iii) and C(iii) respectively of schedule 1 of the Police Act and Regulations 370 of the federation of Nigeria 1990
