What we Think: For someone who is supposedly against plastic surgery, I wonder how Paris ended up with that uncomfortable looking excuse of a nose. Seriously, why do celebrities think the thinner a nose, the better. Also, what is the obsession with duck lips?! Not pretty, Paris! As for her supposed boob job, I think it could just be a really good push-up bra but again, who knows.

What we Think: 29 years of plastic surgery is a long time and if there was such a thing as "Queen of Plastic Surgery", Dolly Parton would win hands down. For now, we'll settle with adding her to this list of celebrities with bad plastic surgery. She has not only admitted to having gone under the knife multiple times but is also rather proud of it, saying that she does it because she wants to look good for her fans. I admire her honesty but I wish she'd understand that the keywords here are "look good".

What we Think: Joan is THE face of cosmetic surgery addiction. She's incredibly vocal about her surgeries and has also written a book:Men Are Stupid ... And They Like Big Boobs:A Woman's Guide to Beauty Through Plastic Surgery where she talks about medical details, costs and complications of various cosmetic procedures, nearly all of which she has undergone. Apparently, Joan would rather look younger and feel happy than look older and be depressed. I just wish she understood that the only adjective that comes to mind when we see her face is CREEPY. You can't hold on to youth forever and there comes a point where you need to let time do its thing.

What we Think: I often wonder, how someone who is responsible for swoon-worthy contributions to the field of fashion can be such a bad judge of appearance (horrible enough to be one of the celebrities with bad plastic surgery), especially when it comes to herself? Apparently,Donatella has been undergoing surgeries since the 90's! That's almost two decades of bad plastic surgery...enough to end up like a caricature version of your former self. I'm sorry, that is NOT what a human being should look like! I guess money doesn't always buy beauty huh?

What we Think: Aaaa the lips that never stop growing! Amanda Lepore, model and transsexual icon got her first surgery: a rhinoplasty at the age of 15 and hasn't looked back since. Apparently, she's even had her rib broken and pushed in (Ouch!) and then there are those scary, strange lips. I'm convinced that most of these celebrities don't own a mirror but what about the plastic surgeons? WHY would you agree to do this to someone?

Except we weren't meant to change our faces Pete! Here's the irony: He funds his plastic surgery addiction with the 1 million dollars he won from the plastic surgeon that botched his lip implant surgery a few years ago.
