Stunning photos capture passenger planes looking as though they are flying to the moon and circling the sun

Lebrigand, who has been an amateur astronomer for more than a decade, uses a Canon EOS 60D, and a telescope to take the pictures.
The images of the planes, which look enormous compared to the sun, are the result of up to three hours' work.
Lebrigand, a father-of-two, said the results are a mixture of patience and luck. ‘I've been an amateur astronomer for 20 years. I do these photos to change our vision of things and to take the rare moments,’ he said.
‘I take pictures of what the eye finds difficult to see. I enjoy the rare conjunction of the planes passing by the sun and the moon.'
