Brad Pitt Attacked by Man at ‘Maleficent’ Premiere

 

A man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly jumping the security barrier and hitting Brad Pitt at the premiere of “Maleficent,” starring Pitt’s partner Angelina Jolie. He appears to be celeb prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who was last spotted just 11 days ago in Cannes with his head under America Ferrera’s dress.

The man jumped the barriers while Pitt and Jolie were signing autographs in front of the El Capitan Theatre. Security guards held the man until the LAPD could take him into custody. LAPD Sgt. Leonard Calderon said he was taken to the Hollywood police station where he was expected to be arrested and booked on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

Pitt resumed signing autographs and attended the movie screening after the incident.
Ukranian TV presenter Sediuk also crashed the Grammys in 2013, when he was jailed overnight and banned from setting foot in the L.A. Live complex. He’s also grabbed Leonardo DiCaprio, tried to kiss Will Smith (and was subsequently slapped) and groped Bradley Cooper at various red carpet events.
