Avril Lavigne has reportedly filed a lawsuit against 2VLive - a concert streaming company - which allegedly owes her $375,000 for a gig at Manhattan's Highline Ballroom.
According to TMZ,
the 29-year-old pop-punk diva was only paid $125,000 of the $500,000
she was promised for the September 25 concert and promotional
appearances.
The
23-page legal document, which was filed in Los Angeles, outlined that
the Canadian crooner was also supposed to receive 15% from 2VLive video
greeting cards.
The last time the Hush Hush rocker was involved in a legal battle was in 2007 when The Rubinoos sued her for allegedly stealing their 1978 song I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend for her 2007 song Girlfriend.
At the time, the blonde beauty claimed on MySpace to 'have never in my life heard of' the band or their song.
In 2008, the case was closed after a confidential settlement was reached.
