Rick Ross Sues LMFAO Over Copyright Infringement: "Every Day I’m Shuffling"

Rick Ross sues LMFAO over 'Party Rock Anthem' 'shufflin' lyrics
Rick Ross is taking LMFAO to court!
“Da Bawse” is suing LMFAO over their hit party single, “Party Rock Anthem.”
The infringement is coming from the phrase “every day I’m shuffling,” which is similar to his single “Hustlin’” where he says “every day I’m hustling.”
He is reportedly looking for damages from revenue made on the hit single. “Party Rock Anthem” has sold almost 8 million copies to date. The lawsuit, filed by Ross and the song's composer Jermaine Jackson, reads:

"The use of 'Hustlin'' in 'Party Rock Anthem' is readily apparent, despite the slight change from "Everyday I'm hustlin'"…' to "Everyday I'm shufflin...'" and constitutes, inter alia, the creation of an unauthorised derivative work." It also points out LMFAO have launched a successful clothing line Party Rock Clothing, off the back of the supposedly stolen catchphrase, which is emblazoned on "t shirts and other clothing items".
