The singer posed for pictures with her beloved pet dog Asia - who, like her owner, was happy to be in the limelight.
Wearing a
black, lace top with a pair of oversized designer sunglasses, the star
looked typically glamorous - but remarkably normal - as she was leaving
the Four Seasons Hotel.
The Bad Romance singer, who was heading to a concert appearance at Toronto's Air Canada Centre as part of her artRave Tour, stopped her SUV, rolled down the window, did photos and signed autographs for a large crowd of waiting fans.
This
isn't the first time she has been happy to treat her followers - the
brunette star recently sent several boxes of cookies and cupcakes to
fans who were waiting outside the hotel.
That said, not everybody appreciates her affection.
Earlier this month she posted pictures of the dog dressed in jewellery, which caught the attention of PETA, whose senior vice president of cruelty investigations spoke out against her
'Lady Gaga may choose to decorate herself with elaborate and even uncomfortable outfits, but Asia doesn't get to make that choice,' Daphna Nachminovitch told Radar Online.
'Although it seems pretty clear that Lady Gaga loves Asia, we think Asia — and all dogs — are adorable without all the added flair, and that the best accessory for any dog is a comfortable, secure, well-fitting harness, which is perfect for long walks together.'
It's hardly the first time the Applause hitmaker enraged the animal rights organisation.
In 2012, PETA accused Gaga of having 'no heart' after wearing a fox head scarf and they slammed her for wearing a pink fur jacket.
